Effective 9 April 2010, Battenfeld and Cincinnati are combining the strengths of their companies Battenfeld Extrusionstechnik, Cincinnati Extrusion and B+C Extrusion Systems (Foshan) Ltd., which have previously been operating as independent entities, under the new brand of battenfeld-cincinnati. The 5 global production plants of battenfeld-cincinnati and American Maplan Corporation, also a member of the group, will be integrated to form an outstanding international manufacturing company. Together with additional sales subsidiaries and agencies, this will result in a global network of worldwide service and customer support.

Three central Divisions have been formed to enable a targeted focus on your specific extrusion solutions. In each Division, the competencies of all group brands have been pooled to place the over 120 years of expert knowledge and experience in the extrusion industry at your disposal.
