Pelletizing of PVC and other polymers

For PVC pelletizing, battenfeld-cincinnati offers twin screw extruders and planetary roller extruders combined with hot die face pelletizing. For other thermoplastic materials, single screw extruders are used with water ring, underwater or strand pelletizing systems.

With our several decades of pelletizing experience, we are thoroughly familiar with the specific requirements for granulates as basic materials for a great variety of material components. So when we design your system, we already make sure that all quality requirements concerning residual moisture, bulk weight, dust content and homogeneity are fulfilled without exception.

We will build our PVC twin screw extruders for you either in conventional design or with EMS function. Our planetary roller extruders are available as one-step or two-step models. We will be glad to advise you about your specific options.
