battenfeld-cincinnati, the technology leader in the extrusion industry, has been identified by stern, one of Germany's leading leading media, as one of the most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany.
The German Associaton for Consumer Studies (DtGV) used an objective, data-based methodology to identify Germany's 500 most innovative medium-sized companies for stern magazine. The study is based on "patent performance", which reflects all patents granted during the period under review and also their relevance for the innovation activity of the economy. For this purpose, it was evaluated how often granted patents are cited in other patents or how often other patents are mentioned in granted patents (forward and backward citation).
